About RK5

The company with our family’s name on it.

RK5 stands for the Rosenkranz family. When your name is on the truck, the work has to hold up — that’s the whole business model.

The man on the license

Meet Colton

Colton Rosenkranz is a native Texan, a master electrician, and the owner of RK5 Electric. Texas doesn’t hand out master licenses — they take years in the trade, thousands of documented hours under supervision, and a state exam on top. Colton earned his, then did what master electricians are built to do: put his own name on the line and open his own shop.

He started RK5 in Bryan in 2026 with his wife Ashley and their two boys. New company — not new hands. Every job runs under the same license number the state audits and the same last name the kids carry.

Off the clock, you’ll find him where most Brazos Valley folks would look first: a duck blind at sunrise, a deer stand in November, or at a family table in a household that’s bled Aggie maroon for generations.
